Measure Your Air Consumption
To prevent energy wastage, the most appropriate compressors should be chosen for each installation. We can offer a specific air management tool – the Atlas Copco Measurement Box – that gives a picture of any installation’s compressed air usage and makes a precise power consumption analysis. This is not intrusive and requires no pipe-work cutting or interruption of your production flow. Unique software is then employed to find the most energy efficient compressor combination.

Rotary Compressors
Atlas Copco supplies the GA and the GX ranges of oil-injected rotary compressors, for industrial and automotive applications, ranging from 2kW to 315kW at pressures from 4 to 13 bar. Atlas Copco's experience in engineering and manufacturing air compressors and air purification equipment are combined in these two air compressor systems, which provide the perfect combination of innovative technology, environment-friendly design and superb quality, with minimal operational and installation costs.

Both ranges fit into Atlas Copco’s “Workplace” philosophy, with their low noise levels and integrated air treatment equipment. Ancillaries such as air and condensate treatment equipment are integrated to provide an all-in-one package that can be placed next to the point of use in the production area.

Variable Speed Drive Compressors
We offer energy saving Atlas Copco oil-injected Variable Speed Drive compressors from 18kW to315kW - the widest range on the market today from any manufacturer.

A variable speed drive compressor automatically matches its capacity to the task in hand, thus eliminating unnecessary energy losses and reducing the user’s electricity bill by up to 35%.

The VSD is available in two versions: Pack (standard compressor) and Full Feature (with air treatment equipment inside the canopy), allowing the customer to decide on the right quality of air to suit the application.

Oil-free Rotary Compressors – as low as 2.7 l/s
The Atlas Copco range of SF compressors are ideal where small volumes of 100% oil-free air are required, such as in laboratories or for medical applications.

These extremely quiet compressors - down to 54dB(A) – range from 2.7 to 24.7 l/s and come in a variety of options with receiver mounted and multi-core variants.

Compressor Control Systems
Atlas Copco’s ES range of Air Management systems provide the tools to optimise the overall efficiency, reliability and maintainability of your installation. Linking an unlimited number of individual compressor controllers to monitor and control the total system locally or remotely, the ES will provide considerable energy savings. By implementing the most efficient system configuration, future air quality is not compromised by demand fluctuations.

Dry Compressed Air - Flows starting from 1.4 l/s
Your manufacturing operation needs quality dry air to help avoid the risk of product contamination and to eliminate any danger to your compressed air system.

With the latest range of Atlas Copco high performance FD refrigerant dryers, you can be assured of quality air at all times. The advanced technology of R134A and R404A refrigerants ensures that they are environmentally friendly, meeting all current and future international requirements.

All Atlas Copco dyers are designed to specifically match the relevant compressors. In addition to the refrigerant versions , we also offer CD heatless desiccant and BD heat regenerative desiccant dryers.

Reciprocating Compressors - from 1.02 l/s
Portable, stationary, silenced and oil-free versions are available. The Atlas Copco L compressors range from 0.55kW to 15kW and are ideal for use in small body shops, agricultural, hire and industrial applications.

Water Separators and Drains
Under the Water Authorities Act 1991 it is illegal to dispose of compressed air waste into the foul sewer system. The Atlas Copco ranges of oil/water separators and drains offer quality condensate management to ensure that environmental regulations are met, providing you with peace of mind and maximum economy of operation.
