Installation

It is vital for legislative and efficiency reasons that any compressor system is installed correctly.

• Our team of engineers are able to discuss, advise and undertake mechanical and electrical installation to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
• Everything is undertaken from an airline extension to a full turnkey project with documented handover.
• All work undertaken meets the requirements of The Pressure Systems Regulations, and recommendations of The British Compressed Air Society.

Spares

• We constantly hold a large inventory of genuine parts, lubricants and accessories for ex-stock delivery.
• A regular delivery service is available for larger items. Smaller items are despatched by the same day post.

Breathing Air

We also carry out full air purity tests, whether high or low pressure, on any Breathing or Process Air System. All the tests are carried to BS4275 standard and full test certification is issued.

Pressure Testing

We carry out testing of:-

• Air Receivers, Aftercoolers, Compressor Reclaimers etc.
• Pressure testing to National Standards and available in-house or where practical, on site.
• Following successful test, full certification is provided.

Commissioning

Upon satisfactory installation of new equipment (where applicable), our fully trained service engineers will attend and commission. Commissioning will be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's established procedure and written confirmation will be provided upon completion.

Consultancy

Our consultants, with appropriate professional status, are available to advise on and carry out to order:

• Site Surveys
• Preparation of Written Schemes of Examination
• Inspection Procedures
• Full documentation to aid customer compliance with The Pressure Systems and Transportable Gas Containers Regulations.
